How do the owner gets paid?
In the end of each month, we prepare a detailed clearance analysis with all reservations, their details and full amounts, we deduct the expenses and our commission and the final amount is yours.
What is the profit margin an owner should expect?
You should expect a profit margin between 35% to 45%, which is currently considered a good percentage in the Greek market. However, this varies depending on several factors such as type of property, location etc.
Is the owner able to see their property's future reservations?
Yes, we provide you with your own username and password to access the reservations portal of your property and explore the full progress of performance.
What is the minimum term for a management agreement?
The minimum period for which we sign a management agreement is three years. The first 18 months is for us an ideal period to build your brand and in the next 18 we can more efficiently examine data regarding sales and loyalty.
What is your commission and what this includes?
Our management fee is structured between 20% to 25% upon net revenue (after the deduction of VAT and channel commissions) depending the property type. This includes everything we do to make your property a long-term successful business.
